making rural sustainability happen

Associates

“The secret of life is to have a task, something you devote your entire life to, something you bring everything to, every minute of the day for the rest of your life.

“And the most important thing is, it must be something you cannot possibly do.”

~ Henry Moore

Starfish has a growing network of sustainability specialists. Our work in 2012-2013 involved forty-six contractors. Project teams of the most fit-for-purpose are formed to ensure the necessary capabilities are available for each initiative, and each stage of each initiative.

Each specialist brings a combination of passion and professional capabilities, which we call community entrepreneurs. Together these qualities make a powerful formula for making sustainability happen.

Starfish Associates are contractors who have taken on a long-term role with Starfish’s work. They are partners as well as specialist contractors and contribute to the development of the Starfish Network itself as well as being engaged to work on various sustainability initiatives.
